Our client is seeking to hire an accounts and administration officer to expand the company’s team.

The applicant shall be directly accountable to the Executive Director of the organisation for the ethical, effective, and efficient fulfillment of the following roles and responsibilities:

  • Organise financial records for the organisation;
  • Ensure ethical and high standard of management of accounting system, including Petty Cash & Bank reconciliation;
  • Prepare management accounts for submission;
  • Maintain payroll system while regularly check staff timesheets;
  • Manage the regular deposits of cheques and cash-in-hand;
  • Check the work of the Admin Support Worker, advise, coach, and delegate tasks;
  • Monitoring the staff leave records system;
  • Maintaining personal files of personnel updated;
  • Daily monitor the organisation’s generic email and answering correspondence;
  • General office duties.

Requirements

– At least 6 years of full-time experience in a similar position.
– Qualification in accounting will be given preference.
