Our client, a renowned Fund Administration company, is currently on the lookout for an experienced Account Manager as to join their expanding local operation. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing a team of Private Equity Fund Accountants involved in several areas.




  • Handling NAV calculations in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Ensuring NAV calculations are reviewed and delivered by the agreed delivery time-frames along with any other client-specific reporting requirements;
  • Managing the operational on-boarding of new or take-on funds and ensuring everything has been prepared prior to the launch and take-on date, including bank and broker access, set-up in the accounting system, etc;
  • Attending meetings where NAV calculations, Financial Statements and other deliverables are discussed;
  • Processing and reviewing of all capital call and distribution transactions;
  • Ensuring client queries are answered in accordance with the Private Equity Team’s service standards on an ongoing basis;
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and other requirements of the funds specifications;
  • Making detailed reviews of NAV calculations for Private Equity, Real Estate and Listed Funds;
  • Reviewing of subscriptions and redemption;
  • Managing the authorization of payments via bank portals;
  • Preparing and reviewing of financial statements as required annually;
  • Dealing with auditors (external and internal) whilst managing and responding to audit queries;
  • Monitoring of Admin Fee payments and Chasing of Debtors.
  • Ensuring best practices are adopted and improving processes to gain efficiencies;
  • Any other related duties which may from time to time arise.


  • Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in private equity, real estate, funds of funds and debt/loan funds;
  • Candidates must be Part or Fully Qualified Accountants (ACCA, University qualifications or equivalent);
  • Apart from familiarity with preparing and reviewing of capital call, distributions, waterfall calculation and preparation of financial statements, applicants must have experience using the Efront system for accounting transactions, creating periodic accruals and creating private equity reports;
  • Candidates must have an adequate knowledge of accounting standards;
  • Applicants must have strong technological skills with a special focus on Word, Excel and Macros (Excel).
