A reputable company within the maritime industry is currently on the lookout for the ideal individual to join their administrative team under the role of Administration Officer.

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all operational, commercial and day to day administrative activities of the company;
  • Handling all filing systems, including correspondence records, client documents and company documents;
  • Acting as a contact person to both clients and employees alike and replying to any queries brought forward;
  • Drafting and supervising the drafting of deeds and agreements on behalf of the company;
  • Planning and coordinating activities and meetings;
  • Attend meetings and take minutes whenever requested;
  • Organizing key events on behalf of the company;
  • Conducting statistical research and drafting administrative and financial reports regularly;
  • Handling other duties emanating from the role.

 

Requirements:

  • Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an administrative role and a post-secondary standard of education;
  • The ideal candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
