A well known corporate service provider is currently on the search for the ideal candidate to join the team of professionals.  The chosen candidate will be filling the role of Corporate Administrator and will be responsible for a number of client portfolios.




  •  Actively managing corporate, legal and financial compliance matters on behalf of the assigned clients, for instance by aiding in registration, opening bank accounts, appointing high officials and satisfying statutory requirements;
  • Conducting all necessary administrative duties for the company or its clients upon request;
  • Maintaining of client records and registers;
  • Managing all bank communications and accounts on behalf of the clients whilst also overseeing client assets;
  • Assist the corporate manager by briefing him on all necessary updates in client affairs and satisfying any tasks assigned;
  •  Monitoring business operations and making sure that they meet legal obligations and requirements;
  • Aiding in drafting and finalizing of legal documents, legal applications and agreements
  • Sustain a solid rapport with all clients at all times;
  • Maintaining adequate communications with clients and maintaining recording systems accordingly;
  • Reporting any dubious activity and aiding in all corresponding investigations.


  •  Candidates must be in possession of a Bachelor Degree in the fields of law, accounting, commerce or equivalent.
  •  The applicant must have an excellent level of written and verbal communication skills in Maltese and English.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in the corporate or legal field is demanded.
